It took a little longer than I was hoping, though maybe I was just expecting it too quickly. Either way, it did arrive in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much.

I found everything I needed quickly. i kind of regret not checking this place out sooner because it would’ve saved me some time.

I had to return a pair that didn’t fit right, and while the return process technically worked, it took longer than I expected. The slow replies made it feel like I was kind of being ignored, which was frustrating. The exchange did come through in the end, so it wasn’t a total bad experience, but I really wish the whole thing had been smoother.

The kind of review I’d trust is more like: “I’ve had this necklace for a few months, wear it a couple times a week, and the plating still looks shiny with no obvious fading.” That sounds way more real than just saying it’s amazing with no details.

To me, the tone matters a lot. If it sounds too perfect or generic, I don’t really buy it, but if it feels casual and honest about how the jewelry held up, I’m much more likely to trust the review.

It showed up exactly as pictured, so thankfully there weren’t any weird surprises. Not every seller manages that, but this one did

My refund ended up coming later than I expected, so I had to keep checking my email and the receipt to make sure everything was still in progress. Support was helpful when I reached out, though, and they explained what was going on. It wasn’t the fastest process, but they did handle it in the end...
