"Looks like scam! no order, no refund, nothing"
Order a pair of rings on the 12th of April, got the message on the 19th that the order was sent. Been asking for a solution and they keep saying they have issues with their program. Since I'm feeling this is a scam asked for a refund and nothing until now. No order, no refund, nothing. Don't know what else to do

"Listen"
Listen, the products are amazing... I can't deny that. It really is quality jewelry. BUT, the shipping and delivery time... absolutely the longest I've ever waited for anything! And I've ordered stuff from every corner of the world practically. I waited over a month before I sent an e-mail asking for a tracking number. They did respond within a few days but the tracking number didn't work. A few weeks later, just as I was about to ask for a refund - I got my package. I'd love to order from them again, but hesitant because of this.

I had a minor issue that was responded to almost immediately, thoughtfully, and courteously by Herna, and had my issue resolved within a single hour.

"PREPARE TO WAIT MUCH LONGER FOR YOUR ORDER"
UPDATE: I have screenshots of the date I ordered March 18 and today is April 26- they mention in the email and website you should expect to receive in 3-5 days- I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED.

This is just another company passing off the order to an Ali Baba type supplier and repackaging it once they receive it when they buy it with your own money.

They refunded my shipping charge of $12 but still- where is my order!?

I don’t mind waiting - I wish there was more transparency from the beginning so I don’t have to waste my time checking and sending emails every week.

UPDATE:
Received my order April 28- came from the City of Industry-Cindy Long

Product is a lot smaller than I thought but it’s better because it’s more delicate and dainty. Seems sturdy and I have worn it for 24 hours. I updated from 1 star to 3 stars because the product has quality.

Please work on transparency with the shipping process and you’ll hit your 4-5 star ratings.

"No goods, no refund, looks like scam"
Worst online shopping experience with Ask and Embla. Ordered on March 15th, website promised delivery in 5-9 business days to Munich. No goods or tracking info by April 3rd. Asked for refund, they promised it if not shipped.
Next day (!), received email that it had been shipped, but tracking link led to "http:/none". Wrote to support with screenshots, no reply for 2 weeks.
Worst 100 dollars spent in my life.

"After the problem with the refound"
After the problem with the refound, they send me an email saying that they were going to send me the product that i was trying to buy, but the problem now is that dhl calls me several times interrupting my work (I’m a teacher) DHL asks for the payment of taxes…and since a week I got so many calls, messages and emails! They don’t hace internal communication, they send mails saying one thing and then anothers saying another thing. This store is absolutely awful, don’t buy in it!

"Ordered a few items over a month ago"
Ordered a few items over a month ago, was a pretty expensive purchase for me as I dont tend to spend money on myself! A couple weeks later I still hadn't received any shipment info so contacted Ask & Embla. They informed me that they were moving warehouses and are experiencing delays which is absolutely understandable and I was willing to wait a bit longer. However when I finally got an email telling me my parcel had shipped a few days ago, once i clicked the tracking link it said my parcel was delivered on the 5th of April!? Well, it wasnt. I reached out to Ask & Embla who said it must have been stolen. Once I pointed out that there must be some time travel malarkey going on as somehow the parcel was delivered before they had even shipped it, they miraculously located my parcel... 107 miles across the country from me. I've since contacted this location and surprise surprise it isnt there. I'm currently waiting for an update.

"Takes way too long to receive a refund"
Cancelled an order over three weeks ago and the status has been ”unfulfilled” for the whole time. Contacted customer service and two times I was promised that my cancellation would now be taken care of in the next 24 to 48 hours. I was never contacted back again and nothing happened either. I can’t get my money back because they just won’t cancel my order.

"Take your money and ship nothing"
I placed an order on March 11; it's been a month and I never received it or any shipping info. I reached out to customer service several times and was promised that it would be shipped out within a few days but it never was. They also promised a discount code for future orders and I never received that either. I asked for my order to be refunded, let's see if I actually get my money back.
